It was a very good experience. As always Dr.Srivastava patiently listened to my problems and suggested next course of action to be taken.

Dr.Srivastava seems to have been more concern in performing an amputation instead of actually healing a wound .I left his office n got a second opinion from another doctor and thank God, i did .We Went to DC to a dr a friend recomended n he was able to save my mothers toe . I was in such disbelieve tht Dr Srivastava would be that quick to cut off someones toe without any further test as biopsy n xray . Dr.Srivastava was sending her home without any instructions how to care for her wound and did not even snip the dead skin off ( wich he had to do in order to begin the healing process) He told us withing two weeks to make an appointment for the toe amputation . His diagnosis seemed so vague that it did not sit well with me , i knew right away i needed a second opinion.Im glad i went with my mom n saved her from this Im happy to say She is now 100% with all her 10 toes. It is very concerning how quick someone can cut a limb without any xrays or biopsy . Writing this review to pls always get a second opinion . I hate to even think how many people may have had unecessary surgeries , this practice will never see us again.

It was a fantastic experience meeting Dr. Shrivastava and working with him to get the pain in.my left ankle reduced.

I used Dr. Srivastava website to book an appointment. It was easy user friendly. He saw me the following day. I had a stubborn splinter in my left heal. I wait a few minutes before he was able to take care of me. The process less than 10 minutes. Splinter was removed. He was friendly a casual. Made me feel at easy.

First visit with Dr. Srivastava. Appointment was on time. Answered all my questions and explained my options. Good visit. I intend to see him for all my foot needs in the future!

Dr Srivastava cut off my ingrown toe nail which was causing pain. We had detailed discussion of various treatments for my hammer toe and bunion. He advised me to think over carefully. He also cut off my husbands toe nails. We are very appreciative for his attention to my foot problems. He is a very kind and caring doctor.

The staff was very personable and caring. Doctor was excellent with care and explaining things. The office furniture was not clean looking or welcoming and the room for doctor was not up to my standards for cleanliness. (Looked like toe nail clippings on floor and large cleaning (?) bucket) in room). If they got these taken care of they would have much better clientele.

Dr Srivastava knows his stuff and has a great bedside manner. He started off on time with me, did not rush, and answered all my questions. I'll keep going there. My only complaint is the TV in the waiting room. Daytime TV is not my thing.

I have been a patient for well over a decade. His office assistant (been here for years) is phenomenal & gives a warm welcome. Dr. S is a patient, compassionate, genuine skillful doctor. He is real & one I've often called "friend & brother." He met me when I was down & out, treated me for many (medical & life) issues, educating me on every detail along the way. Dr. S. repeatedly told me not to have any of the surgeries I ever considered having. I even made my husband become a patient. Highly recommended.

Superb bedside manners

I've only been to the office twice thus far, but both times have been a great medical experience. I like a doctor who thoroughly explains a recommended course of treatment, and values your input as well. I've already recommended him to others.

Dr Srivastava and staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Confirmed my issue is a bunion. We review my options in detail. Provided a RX cream for pain. If that topical ointment doesn’t help combat the pain will return next month for a cortisone shot.

My first visit. The doctor had great bed side manner, talked me through exactly what was wrong with my foot and the process to fix it. He made me feel comfortable and at ease about having to have surgery less than a week away. He had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable and cared about my return to work after everything is done. Would recommend with 10 stars if I could!

Doc Srivastava is great. I have been coming to him for aprox 2 years now and a total of three visits for foot pain. He remembers who I am, which is rare today. I'm seen within 5 to 10 minn of my appointment time. Using the automated appointment on line is easy and efficient. And the course of treatment for my feet has worked.

We had a great experience. Dr. Srivastava recently took care of my 11 year old son. He had an infected ingrown toenail. Dr. Srivastava was kind and thoroughly explained the procedure to both my son and I. He is very welcoming and kind and spent a lot of time answering all my son’s questions. His staff was also very nice and they were super accommodating, as they saw us within 24 hours. It’s also quite easy to book an appointment through his website. I was seen relatively quickly. The staff and doctor was friendly. My appointment went smoothly and quickly.

My 90 year-old mother is very difficult and gets anxious about having her feet touched. She has advanced dementia. She had very thick and long nails because a fungus and calluses that difficulted her walking. She is prone to falls so it's important to do what is needed to aid her ability to walk. Dr. Srivastava was able to work with me in trimming my mother's nails. He removed her calluses. He withstood my mother's agitation due to her mental state and achieved the goal.

Very nice doctor. Takes his time with you. Makes suggestions to help alleviate foot pain. Willing to make phone calls to get other doctors started on treatments related to my husbands issues.
