Dr. Srivastava is a native of Bethesda, MD . He has been in private practice in Washington DC area since 2003. He completed his undergraduate training at Virginia Tech University. Following this, he attended Podiatric Medical School at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. His residency training started at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington, DC. His desire to gain additional surgical knowledge took him to Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, CA. At Kaiser Oakland, he learned from some of the top Podiatric Surgeons in the world including Dr. Graham Hamilton and Dr. Lawrence Ford. His interests include sports medicine, diabetic limb salvage, reconstructive foot surgery, and wound care.
Dr Srivastava has continued to serve the DC/Maryland community for years. He has been named a Top Podaitrist by Washingtonian magazine and has established himself as a a competent, highly regarded and ethical Podiatric Surgeon. He makes it his mission to contribute to his community by providing cutting edge evidence-based medicine to his patients in Washington, DC and Rockville. He strongly believes in educating and accommodating patients. He welcomes patient feedback and has a passionate desire to keep helping more and more people.Most of all, he believes that surgery should only be done when non-surgical care fails to accomplish its objectives.
Dr. Srivastava is married and lives with his wife in Montgomery County. In his spare time, he enjoys running, traveling, reading and mainataining an active lifestyle.
He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a fellow of the american college of foot and ankle surgeons.
